You can now safely and conveniently apply, register and make payments to The Academy by the Sea directly on-line by clicking on the link below.

To request an application by mail, call our office at (760) 434-7564. You may also download an application form by clicking here. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader which is available free on-line at: http://www.adobe.com/ products/ acrobat/ readstep.html . Once you download the application for your program, you will be able to print it out.
Enrollment Form Completion
If you requested a paper application or downloaded it from the website, you will need to complete your application and mail to: PO Box 3000, Carlsbad, CA 92018, or fax it to: (760) 729-1574. If you are faxing your application you will need to include your credit card information. Please be sure to include a $250.00 deposit for our Academic Program.
Acceptance and Next Steps
Once we have received your paper application and deposit, we will send you the enrollment forms that you must complete for your son’s/ daughter’s program. If you applied directly online, we will e-mail you a link to all the enrollment documents which you will need to complete and mail back to us. We "accept" students and campers upon initial application and deposit. However, acceptance is contingent upon successful completion of ALL of our enrollment forms. All enrollment forms will need to be completed and returned to us at least one month prior to your camp session.
