Leadership

Experienced officers and non-commissioned officers from the Army and Navy Academy conduct the Camp Challenge and Middle School Leadership Camp Programs. Students are immersed in a supportive environment that allows them to develop strong character and build self-esteem.

The CIT program is designed to develop professional and organizational skills while maintaining lasting relationships with summer program participants. Our goal is to provide motivated campers with a progressive path towards achieving a leadership role within our program.

Our leadership training courses are very unique in their design and execution. With every child in mind, we have created a curriculum that gives every student a chance to maximize their potential.

We offer a JROTC leadership program that was created for students going into grades 7-12, who want an opportunity to discover their individual leadership and teamwork style. This program will show students how to manage their time effectively, learn discipline, meet friends, and grow into a responsible individual.

Counselor-in-Training is for experienced Academy by the Sea/Camp Pacific participants going into the 11th or 12th grades. Participants are given leadership and planning roles to aid in the creation and implementation of our summer programs.
