Leadershup Summer Programs

Experienced officers and non-commissioned officers from the Army and Navy Academy conduct Camp Challenge (JROTC Leadership) and Camp Challenge Jr. (Middle School Leadership). Students are immersed in a supportive environment that allows them to develop strong character and build self-esteem.

The leadership program is designed to develop professional and organizational skills while maintaining lasting relationships with summer program participants. Our goal is to provide motivated campers with a progressive path towards achieving a leadership role within our program.

Located on the oceanfront Army and Navy Academy boarding school campus, our leadership training courses are very unique in their design and execution. With every child in mind, we have created a curriculum that gives every student a chance to maximize their potential.

We offer a JROTC leadership program that was created for students going into grades 7-12, who want an opportunity to discover their individual leadership and teamwork style. This program will show students how to manage their time effectively, learn discipline, meet friends, and grow into a responsible individual.

Counselor-in-Training is for experienced Academy by the Sea/Camp Pacific participants going into the 11th or 12th grades. Participants are given leadership and planning roles to aid in the creation and implementation of our summer programs.
